Set the business details used throughout Planner
Edit Diary Hours
Choose the hours shown on the Diary page. Any 15-minute time across the full 24-hour day can be selected.
Rolling Deposits
Enable this only if the salon uses rolling deposits. When disabled, rolling-deposit controls are hidden from appointments and client screens.
Staff breaks
The length filled in automatically when someone adds a break. It can still be changed on each break.
These details are used by Planner for branding and message templates. The app heading updates to <Salon Name> Planner.

Diary booking colours
These colours apply to standard appointments and their reserved slots. Linked booking groups keep their own matching colour scheme.

Primary colour controls the main navigation/header background. Main menu colours control its icons and labels, and Salon Planner title colour controls the heading in the top bar. Accent colour controls key action buttons.

CSV columns: Client Name, Client Number, Client Status, Telephone and Notes. Client Number is used to identify duplicates. Client Status accepts Active or Blocked.

Bulk upload existing appointments from CSV

Required: Client Name, Client Number, Date, Time, Treatment Type and Technician Name. Dates may be entered as YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY. Times may be 09:15, 9:15 or 4:00 PM. Bookings outside technician working patterns, with unknown technicians/treatments, or overlapping another appointment will be rejected.

Connect a secure SMS service for bulk reminders

Enter a secure server or Netlify Function endpoint. Do not place Twilio, Vonage or other SMS provider API secrets inside this HTML file.

SMS Text Reminder template
Use <SALON_NAME>, <SALON_ADDRESS>, <SALON_EMAIL>, <SALON_TELEPHONE>, <DATE> and <TIME> to insert saved Salon Details and appointment information.
Salon name, address, email and telephone are managed under Salon Details. The endpoint should accept reminder recipients and messages by secure POST and return the send result.

Backup & restore

Download or restore a full copy of your diary data

Download a copy of all diary data (bookings, clients, treatments, staff, settings and logo). Keep backup files private - they contain client names and phone numbers. Restoring replaces everything in this browser.

Mass booking deletion

This removes matching demo bookings from this browser only. Deleted bookings cannot be restored unless the demo is reset.
